Aims to drying decorative veneer,including stay log slicer,horizontal veneer slicer sheets, adopt the special sine-wave forward trajectory working way,make veneer locates between the big size rotation roller and small pitch screen mesh belts(stainless steel material), reduces the waviness of some wood species,resolved difficult point to dry .

Sine Wave Veneer Dryer adoping Small pitch stainless steel woven mesh belt screen, the screed roller with diameters φ750 -1,200mm;
the dried veneer between the upper and lower mesh belts repeated flexible ironing (positive and negative bending, extension and flatting), to eliminate internal stress within veneer sheets.
The effective working mesh belt length inside of the 6-section heating chamber ,standard model is 36.9m, which is longer than ordinary mesh dryers (more than 18 sections).
Dried veneer achieved flatness and distressing effect,other drying process unable achieve.
