The insulation wall board, the top cover board and the door plate are made with cold-rolled steel plate to prolong the service life. The veneer dryer’s insulation door adopts the sealing structure of connecting rod lock, high temperature foaming silicone sealing strip, refine sealing, easy opening and closing operation.
EUC veneer dryer’s top fans adopt large flow of high wind pressure. Triangular drive belt, quality brand-name motor, manganese alloy steel wind impeller.
Heat circulation System of EUC veneer dryer use steel-aluminum composite rolling heat pipe heater. Heat dissipation pipe, unit length heat dissipation area bigger, under work status speed the thermal conductivity of 58, higher than the domestic existing set of radiator tube 30%. The optimum structure design with low resistance to ensure the realization of efficient energy-saving technical features.
The main material of the heat transfer pipe is a carbon steel pipe, and the external fin winding is used to increase the cooling area to ensure efficient thermal conductivity.
Electronic control system: adopt the international famous brand Schneider Electric license element of electrical components. SIMENS PLC, SIMENS inverter controller.
Double decks mesh dryer mainly consist of 8 ~ 20 sections heating chamber(according drying capacity equip heating section quantity),cooling sections quantity 1 ~ 4 units 、speed adjustment system、
veneer feeding table、veneer out feed table、moisture draining system.
Veneer feeding direction and veneer fiber direction should be same,working veneer width should over 350mm otherwise easier crowded block up.
This dryer structure adopt straight tube forrecycling work,adopt vertical placement centrifugal fan (flow up to 68,000 cubic meters per hour) with volute.
The heat ex-changer and rectangular variable cross-section jet box , make the high velocity jet airflow acting on the veneer surface uniform. The heating medium fan of chamber locates same side, to ensure that the veneer after drying obtain the same final moisture content. In order to adapt to the climatic conditions of damp-heat zone, suitably lengthened the length of the cooling open section,to benefit the cooling of the drying veneer and reduce the damp phenomenon.
